Frame by Frame began in May 1995 as the creative services and
production department of VPI Communications, Inc., a national
multimedia and advertising company founded in 1987.
VPI Communications Inc. was a combination of three
entities: video production, audio studio and cable advertising
sales. The organization grew to become a $50 million a year company,
of
which Greg Phelps was a founder, owner and the Vice President
of Production. He
purchased Frame by Frame in 1997 to focus on providing high
quality production services to a growing list of national and
international clients. Since then, Greg and producer and
co-owner John Franklin, have combined their talents in order to
provide a one-stop-shop for film and video production.
Within the seven years that Frame by Frame has been an
independent operation, it has
completed projects for The
George
Bush Presidential Library, The U.S. Department of Justice and
the Emergency Services Training Institute, Cox
Communications,
the country of Belize, Texas A&M University, Rice University,
Texas Department of Transportation, The Thoroughbred Retirement
Foundation, and many others.
In addition our work has been seen around the world on
HBO, Dateline, 20/20, Oprah Winfrey, CNN, Headline News, NBC,
ABC, ABC Sports, The Learning Channel, and The Discovery
